Flavors
Vanilla is awesome, no one can argue with that, but what if you could add a burst of flavor with just a teaspoon of extract? Well guess what! You can! all you have to do is follow the vanilla buttercream frosting recipe I posted, but instead of vanilla, add an extract. You can find bottles of different flavors I'm the baking isle of almost any grocery store. Enjoy! -Ava

Vanilla buttercream
Vanilla goes with anything, as you probably already know. So here's my absolute favorite recipe for vanilla buttercream frosting: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch salt
1 stick unsalted butter ( 1/2 cup )
2-4 cups powdered sugar (depending on consistency)
Combine everything but powdered sugar, and whip with an electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until fluffy. You may have to add more powdered sugar, depending on consistency. Serve freshly on cupcakes or refrigerate for a week. Enjoy! -Ava
